We both received Christ in our High school . We got married on the 7th August 1982 and blessed with three sons: James Married to Monica, Paul Married to Mercy and Silas. We have a fourth adopted son Ken. We have been on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ from April 1990. We Joined CCC staff in a small town called Isiolo ( 5 hours  from Nairobi). 

In 1998, we were challenged to re-locate to Nairobi(capital city of Kenya) to work with leaders. In 1999 April, we were given a higher challenge of being the National Directors of CCC in Tanzania, which we did faithfully upto 2005 January.

While in Tanzania, the Lord used us to start work in 14 regions and translated the Jesus film in 14 local languages. We used family life, Jesus film, and developed leadership ministry to reach leaders there.

A strong campus ministry was established to reach university students and today its one of the fastest growing movements in southern and Eastern Africa. Thousands came into the kingdom and many churches were planted.

In 2005 May, we went to be the National Directors of CCC Malawi. In Malawi, in 2005, we exposed to Christ through the Jesus Film over 600,000 and over 300,000 prayed to receive Christ and 100 new churches were planted. After our assignments in Malawi, we relocated back to Kenya and from 2009- 2013, we directed the Global church movement of CCC Kenya. Within those years, we helped train 3556 leaders in Discipleship, 698 did T.O.T, 156 churches planted, translated 6 JF into new languages, and trained in one denomination 5,800 leaders through prayer,Care and Share principles. Through a special project to the central Kenya, 83,596 were exposed to Christ 18,414 received Christ,14,741 follow -up. 880 youths trained, 5000 DVDs of JF/WWJ distributed, worked with 506 pastors in 60 denominations. From 2014, we will be National field directors helping train leaders and mentor younger staff and helping in church planting movements.

From June 2014 to August 2019, our role was  the GCM regional Director for Southern & Eatern Africa ( 24 countries). During this period, Over 25,000 church platers were trained and over 10,000 churches were planted. In most  countries, we witnessed 3rd to 4th church multiplication generations and other churches  had multiplied between 4th to 7th generations. One case was exceptional, we witnessed one church in Tanzania multiplying to 22 generations and this was the highest globally by 2019.  GCM is CCC/Cru/LIFE Ministry church planting arm that partner with churches to train their church planters. We as LIFE Ministry/cru/CCC don't have our own churches.

From September 2019, our new role is partner development for the region. Our work is to develop partners who will invest their resources in reaching students, leaders, online ministry ( Digital) and church planting. We continue our personal Ministry in Kenya ( through our local church ) to Win people to Christ , build (Follow & Establish  )them , Train the believers  and send them to multiply themselves. 

In our neighborhood , we started a Teens holiday program for empowering and equipping the teens and the youths. Our goal is transforming this community with Christ centered leaders.  Ignatius voluntary serves in our denomination as the church planting  director and in this role which he started in 2019, over 200 churches have been planted.
