Silas Diarra serves as the Area Team Leader for Fund Development in Francophone (French-speaking) Africa. Silas’s passion is equipping Africa’s leaders to raise local funds to achieve self-sustainability. In 1988, Silas joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, International (CCCI). His wife Marthe joined in 1991. They worked in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, and Bamako, Mali, as trainers of new staff. Since then Silas has served as the Student-led Movements Team Leader, Operations Director and DMPD (Discipleship Ministry Partner Development) National Leader for Mali. Marthe currently serves as the Francophone Area Staff Care Coordinator. Silas and Marthe have 3 children : Samuel, Esther and Gérard.
