John received Christ in July 1980 through the ministry of Campus Crusade while working in a hotel in Bahrain, Middle East. The very next year he joined Campus Crusade for Christ. He pioneered and directed the ministry in the Northern part of India and was later appointed as the regional director for West India. John has traveled extensively to Asia and Latin America to develop and coach leaders in Discipleship Ministry Partner Development (DMPD). He is currently involved in developing resources for South Asia.

Carol worked with an international travel company before accepting Christ in 1985 through John, who had the privilege of leading her to the Lord! A year later, she married him and also joined Campus Crusade for Christ. Along with providing administration and secretarial help to John, her main focus has been to help and lead women to a deep and stable walk with the Lord.
