We are Kejdis and Rudina Bakalli, national Albanian staff with Campus Crusade for Christ International. We are currently serving with the VP team of  Global Church Movement (GCM) leading the global efforts of digital and innovation with GCM. 

We are based in Tirana, capitol of Albania, where we also are involved in field ministry giving leadership to a local church and helping co-lead 2 networks for church planters: A national and a regional one (in the Balkans). 

We have a passion to start new things and explore on strategies to reach cities, and help in empowering leaders with tools and strategies that will maximize and expand their ministry. 

We have been married for 20 years and are blessed with  two daughters Emma, Tea' and a son, Joel. Emma and Tea are in high school, while Joel on 8th grade of middle school. Our children love the local church and enjoy helping with running technical aspect of our meetings as well are involved in the youth ministry. We are grateful to God for their flexibility to be children of missionaries and have change a constant part of their lives.
