Welcome!

Our mission is to win people for Christ, build them as Christ's disciples, and send them as God's labourers into the world.

Meet the Zalevsky Family

We are Oleksandr (Sasha), Iryna, Nadiia (18), Nastia (14), and Zoia (7). We serve with "Ukraine for Christ" (the local ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ / Cru) as full-time missionaries. Due to the ongoing war, we were temporarily relocated from Kyiv, Ukraine, to Budapest, Hungary, where we continue our ministry.

Our Journey: 28 Years on the Mission Field

God called us to be missionaries when we were still students. At the age of 19, He touched our hearts in a special way with His message: Go tell everyone! We are forever grateful that He chose us to be a part of His Global Operation to rescue the lost.

1998–2000: Sasha started as a new missionary in Lviv (Western Ukraine).

2000–2011: Sasha was sent to Donetsk (Eastern Ukraine), where he met his wife, Ira. Together, they developed Campus ministry, reaching students across both the West and East of Ukraine.

2011–2022: We moved to Kyiv, shifting from local ministry to the National level, training missionaries all over Ukraine. Ira and Sasha are members of the LDHR (Leadership Development and Human Resources) team, and Sasha also serves on the Ukrainian National Leadership Team.

2022-Present: We moved to Hungary and continue to serve Ukrainians in Ukraine and abroad. Recently we have launched a new Ukrainian Church in Budapest!

Our Focus: Equipping God's Labourers

After 28 years on the mission field, we realize that sharing the Gospel and helping people grow spiritually is an important first step. However, helping God’s labourers mature in Christ and equipping them for lifelong ministry is even more crucial. That is why we are currently serving and supporting about 150 staff members from Ukraine.

Despite the war, "Ukraine for Christ" continues to impact various spheres of society, including students, teachers, families, children (through sports), musicians, business people, military chaplains, local churches, and humanitarian aid initiatives.

Partner With Us: Be Our Rear Guard

Napoleon once said that "an army marches on its stomach." By this, he meant that keeping an army supplied is a strict prerequisite for its very existence and victory. Without a plentiful and dependable source of fuel, food, and ammunition, even the strongest military force cannot sustain the battle.

In the spiritual realm, the principle is exactly the same. Our missionaries on the frontlines of society cannot effectively minister without a secure and dependable support system.

By partnering with our family financially, you become that vital supply line. Your monthly or one-time gift ensures that we can continue equipping, training, and sustaining 150 Ukrainian Christian leaders who are bringing hope, healing, and the Gospel to thousands of people in this critical time.

Thank you for your prayers, your generosity, and for standing with Ukraine!
