We have been on staff with Campus Crusade Cameroon for almost three decades. We currently serve in the leadership of International Leadership Foundation (ILF), a subsidiary of Cru that teaches transformational leadership to influencers around the globe. We reach a wide spectrum of leaders, from  Heads of State to youths in schools and communities, and from policy makers in nations to executive leaders in the private and public institutions. Victor is the current ILF Vice President of Strategy Development.
