We are Beni and Dana H.. We both graduated university in Oradea (a city in north west part of Romania) and during our years as students we worked, together with a group of colleagues, in spreading God's love among students. It was then when we fall in love with this ministry and we realized the enormous need for Christ and His Word in Romania. Although declared a 90% Christian country, the tradition (containing mainly folklore and pagan influences) replaced the Bible and the authentic living under the reign of Christ. In this context, salvation is considered a result of one's personal efforts and not a gift from God received by faith. The young people are confused and their life is concentrated on materialism and lust. They need to hear that Jesus Christ is their only chance to have a deeply fulfilled life.
The verse from Romans 10:14 gave us an impulse to continue to do what we were already doing.
- "But how can they call on Him to save them unless they believe in Him? And how can they believe in Him if they have never heard about Him? And how can they hear about Him unless someone tells them?"
We decided to give ourselves entirely to the Lord becoming a CRU staff member and making the Gospel our way of life.
Now we serve in the digital strategies ministry, creating tools and resources that help other departments in the Romanian ministry and even churches or other organisations from Romania and Europe to share the Gospel, disciple new believers or help christians grow in their faith. Internet is the best way to reach people with the Gospel in this generation.
You can be yourself a ministry partner with us as a member of our mission team. In this way, even if you are not in Romania you will be serving God here with us, having a great impact in many lives.
