We are the Ducrozet Family! We, Matthieu and Hélène, work with Cru in France. We have four amazing kids who love and follow God: Timothée, 23, is doing an MDiv. Séphora, 22, is a Med student. Siméon, 17, is a senior, and Théophile, 15, is a junior.

France is one of the most secular countries in the world. 4% of the population goes to church at least once a month. Today, it reaches the point that new generations don't know anything about Jesus. This situation significantly shifts French society from animosity to curiosity for the Gospel.

How to be ready for this amazing coming harvest? This is a big leadership challenge for the church in France.

French Evangelical churches are growing fast; there is a new church every ten days. About forty new pastors graduate each year from seminars when the local churches need more than one hundred. Worst, 35% to 40% of them will leave the pastoral ministry in the next fifteen years. One of the main reasons is leadership problems that lead them to burnout, discouragement, or worse. Few candidates have been inspired to enter pastoral ministry because of this terrible reality.

I (Matthieu) have been working full-time in ministry for twenty-five years. During this time, I faced the challenges of French leadership and connected with many pastors who were also experiencing similar difficulties. After going through burnout myself, God called me to establish a ministry focused on leadership development for pastors in France. Following my studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago, I am now dedicated to training, assisting, and supporting pastors in order to help them sustain their ministry and lead healthier churches that are prepared for the harvest.

We need to partner with you to see healthy pastors leading healthy churches ready to bear God's fruits everywhere in France.
