Since 2008, Feyissa has served in various leadership roles, including Campus Director, Country Director for Student Ministry, and as a member of the leadership team overseeing campus ministries across Southern and Eastern Africa. He currently serves as Academic Dean at the International Leadership University–Ethiopia and as Capacity Cluster Director at the Great Commission Ministry–Ethiopia. Feyissa is passionate about educating, equipping, and empowering others—especially developing leaders and supporting rural pastors—so they can grow in faith, leadership, and service.
