About Victor and Candy Toh

Victor has been serving with Cru Singapore (previously Singapore Campus Crusade for Christ) since 1999.  He joined staff right upon completing his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from NTU.

Candy joined Cru in 2004, with a desire to serve as a missionary in Japan upon completing New Staff Training. In God's divine providence, just before she was to leave for Nagoya Japan, they fell in love and decided to pursue a long-distance relationship. After one fruitful term serving among Japanese college students, they felt it was wise to return to Singapore to get married.

During their time in Singapore, Victor served in various roles in music ministry, among art and media students, as well as serving in the campus ministry's digital strategies team. Candy served in the FamilyLife Singapore ministry while homeschooling and being a homemaker. 

In 2019, they moved to Tokyo to once again serve among the Japanese with Japan Campus Crusade for Christ.
