Our Vision: “Developing the Next Generation of Leaders for Cru”
In 15-20 years almost all of our current Cru leaders will no longer be leading. In their places will be the leaders we are now developing. If we fail now - Cru does not fail today or tomorrow - but may fail 15-20 years from now! History is filled with the stories of companies and organizations which were once vital but no longer exist. A closer study reveals that in many cases there was no intentional effort to develop their next generation of leaders.
Executive Coaching Cohort (ECC) is for Cru Leaders currently serving in National Leadership Roles.
In February, 2017 we launched our first ECC for 24 Cru U.S. and Canadian National Leaders who accepted our invitation to be coached every other week for two years by outstanding leaders from outside of Cru. In April, 2024 we launched our fourth (pictured above) for 42 Cru U.S. and Canadian Leaders along with 42 outstanding leaders from outside of Cru who will coach our Cru leaders every other week for the next two years.

Global Operations Coaching Team (GOCT) is for Cru Leaders currently serving in Global Operations Leadership Roles.
Global Operations Leaders Coaching Initiative (GOCT) for Cru Operations Leaders that circle the Globe - creating and maintaining the infrastructure that allows Cru to minister in over 190 Nations.
In June 2014 we launched our first GOCT for 15 of our Cru Operations and their coaches. In April, 2025 we will launch our fifth iteration of our GOCT for 30+ Cru Operations Leaders and 30+ outstanding Leaders from outside of Cru who will Coach our Cru Operations Leaders every other week for the next two years.

“Leading With Questions” Global Initiative
LeadingWithQuestions.com was launched by Bob Tiede in April, 2012 and today is followed by Leaders in over 200 Countries. The Blog is now available for reading in over 100 languages.
Bob has written six “Leading With Questions” books, which have been translated and printed into Albanian, Chinese, Farsi, French, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish and Urdu.
“Leading With Questions” has been and continues to be helping 25,000+ Cru Staff around the Globe to both increase their leadership and evangelism effectiveness by asking better questions and improving their listening skills.
“Leading With Questions” is being used by Cru Leaders in Africa, Albania, India, Moldova, Pakistan and Romania to open the doors to connect with leaders in their countries so that they in turn can share the Gospel with them. Offering to do “Leading With Questions” seminars/webinars in their language along with providing printed books in their language opens doors to begin relationships with leaders in business, education and government – along with pastors.
In 2025 Bob will be training “Leading With Questions” Facilitators in both English and French speaking Africa, India, Moldova, Romania, Pakistan and the United States. Those who successively complete the training will be presented with a “Micro-Credential” from Cru’s School of Theology. The Goal is to train 30 Facilitators during the next three years who will be able to communicate the message of “Leading With Questions” in their country, language and culture to open doors for reaching Leaders in their countries with the Gospel.
