The Research and Development team is tasked with helping assure that the Campus Ministry is attuned to an evolving student culture as well as events that send shockwaves across the campus.
Three questions guide the development of new and effective evangelism tools:

• What do we need to know about students?
• How do we need to change our approach?
• What tools do we not have?
