Dennis and Dang (Trinidad) have been serving with Campus Crusade for Christ International since 1976, and enjoyed living and ministering in Asia for 39 years. They moved back to the US in February 2018 to help care for Dennis' ageing father (who passed away in August of that year), and continue serving on the Global LDHR team. They are proud parents of two children (Hannah and Stephen) who are both grown and are living in the US. Hannah is married to Jeff Chen and they have three sons, Theophilus (Theo), Micah and the newest addition, Arthur.
For the last fifteen years, Dennis and Dang have served on the Global Leadership Development & Human Resources (LDHR) team to help provide resources, equipping and direction for Area LDHR leaders so they can develop environments that ensure good care and development for our staff and members around the world. Their vision is helping develop growing, effective and healthy people, leaders and teams to accelerate movements everywhere and help fulfill His Great Commission.
We welcome you to join our team and help change lives around the world through your prayers and financial support.
Additional Personal and Ministry history (for those who enjoy more detail)
Dennis joined staff with Campus Crusade for Christ in 1976 after graduating with a BA degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. While working with college students at Central Washington University, he began to sense God's call to serve overseas. So in 1979 he followed Gods leading to Taiwan where he ministered for 17 years doing direct evangelism and discipleship with students and helping train and equip the national staff.
Dang is from the Philippines and joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ in 1978 after graduating with a BS degree in General Science from the University of the East. She served in the music ministry and as a trainer in the training centre before going with a team to Taiwan to help open the training centre there in 1982. They were married in 1982 and have enjoyed serving together in ministry for 41 years.
In 1996 they joined the East Asia Area office team which was responsible to assist, resource, equip and provide direction to the national leadership in the 10 countries and areas of East Asia (China, Mongolia, North and South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Pakistan). Since 2008 they have been serving on the Global Leadership Development & Human Resources (LDHR) team while continuing to live and minister out of Singapore until moving back to the US in February 2018.
