Welcome to our page! Here's a little history of our ministry: We've been on staff with Campus Crusade since 1979, and it's been our privilege to have spoken at more than 250 of FamilyLife's Weekend to Remember Getaway conferences and other events since 1985.

In 1982 we created the Communication Center, a ministry of Campus Crusade that taught Christians to be more creative, skilled, and confident communicators of biblical truth. Tim directed the program for seventeen years before deciding to focus on speaking and writing.

Tim's first book, Finding Common Ground, was awarded the Gold Medallion Award the year it was released and we have co-authored two books on conflict resolution in marriage: Fight Fair and One of Us Must Be Crazy and I'm Pretty Sure It's You.
