My mission statement is: To encourage my children and others to understand their value to God and pursue a close relationship with Him.

I live out my mission as I serve on staff with Cru on The Significance Project leadership team. 

Our focus is on equipping women leaders around the world with encouragement and resources to help them Win-people to Christ; Build-strengthen them in their faith and Send - them out to reach others. I spend most of my time in the Washington, DC area and travel occasionally to parts of Africa.
