Tim gets to share via video what God is doing among college students. He works nationally on projects for the US Campus Ministry to document and share stories through both video and stills. He writes scripts, travels to shoot footage on site, edits and then distributes video projects online and on location at a variety of conferences.

Melissa serves to mobilize students from the United States and connect them with Student Led Movements in Middle Eastern and Central Asian countries. She works with churches and national staff in those countries to determine their needs and how the US might help. 

Tim and Melissa have been on staff with Cru for 35 years. They have served at Sacramento State (3 years), in Moscow, Russia (3 years), at UC San Diego (5 years), as director of the San Diego Metro Area (5 years) and in their current roles for the last 19 years.

Their children are Aubrey, Brandon and his wife Hannah with their son Colton, and Lauren. Tim and Melissa reside in Vancouver, WA yet their work takes them across the country and around the world.
