We have had the honor of being on staff with Cru for over 40 & 42 years respectively! We serve with Cru Inner City predominantly  but also partner with mulitple ministries of Cru in the U.S. and overseas. Derrick serves as a National Leadership & Expansion Coach and Julie serves on the National Leadership Development and Human Resources team.  

We, with our staff, urban pastors and ministry leaders closest to the poor, seek to accelerate winning people to Christ, building them up in their faith, and then sending them to do the same in  their neighborhoods, cities and campuses around the world!  We're committed to the Great Commission and the Great Commandment.
