More than 20 years ago, God rescued and redeemed my life through the ministry of Cru while I was a student at the Univ of Texas in Austin. It was then that I became convinced that college students needed to hear the Gospel. They are at a massive crossroads of their lives, and many of the decisions they make during their 4 years in college will impact them for decades to come. What a privilege it has been to walk alongside so many students on campuses around the world and point them to Jesus. 

After 20 years of ministering directly to students, I have now shifted into a second stage of ministry. My focus is two-fold: 1)  strategically allocating staff laborers to missional locations, and 2) overseeing the training of all of our new staff who report to those missional locations. I'm thankful that I get to use my experience, strengths, and the gifts God has given me in new ways to see lost students come to know Christ.
