Troy and Nancy are on staff with Cru and are located in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Troy serves as an Area Director for Cru Heartland (a six-state region). Nancy serves as a Campus Director for Western and Central North Dakota. "One of the greatest things about believing God for the six states (ND, SD, IA, NE, MO, KS) with almost a million student population is the degree to which this is well beyond our capacity. We are either totally out of our minds or we have an awfully powerful God.

We're a little of the first. . . but firmly convinced of the latter.

This goal is accomplished through a variety of approaches, from one-on-one interaction to high-tech communications. As full-time staff, we will seek to reach students for Christ, teach them to grow in their personal relationship with God, train them to be effective in ministry and send them to a needy world with the message of the gospel. Nancy gives leadership to the local team in ND (Northern Plains), Troy gives leadership as an Area Director for Cru Heartland.
