We have dedicated over 20 years to full-time ministry; on college campuses, as missionaries to unreached people groups, through humanitarian aid in Africa and Central Asia, and through missionary supervision and care in some of the toughest places on earth. God is now calling us to a new mission field through FamilyLife, the ministry of Cru to marriages and families. We will be serving as missionaries to couples and parents as they seek God’s help in their marriage and family. People are reaching out more than ever through social media: eager to hear the Gospel, seeking growth, and asking for assistance. Our goal is to earnestly follow the promise found in scripture:

"They shall build up the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the former devastations; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations."  Isaiah 61:4

We’ve experienced how walking with Jesus can positively impact marriage and children. We also see the societal impact of the brokenness in families. God has called us to be a part of the solution.

We will serve in FamilyLife’s online communities responding daily to questions and messages from those desperately seeking healing and hope in their marriages and families. We will build community with those online to share the Gospel and disciple them.
