Jake and Julie Abraham along with their family currently serve with Cru  in the Washington DC Region.  Having previously served as full time missionaries in India, Southeast Asia, Australia and around the US, they have a passion to see Jesus exalted everywhere and his kingdom change everything.  

Jake and Julie lead at the intersection of the Gospel and the city, reaching those who don’t yet know Jesus, and mobilizing believers to live out their calling to transform every corner of society, from marginalized communities to the halls of power.  They work with recent college graduates, leaders in government, business leaders, pastors, teachers and entrepreneurs.  This work is done in partnership with others in the kingdom.  

In partnership with OneHeartDC, Jake serves as Associate Director, trusting God to see the Gospel transform lives, communities, and the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia).  OneHeartDC helps the church live out the fullness of the unity Jesus prayed for in John 17 while taking the Gospel to every person in word and deed.   Today OneHeartDC brings over 700 local churches and organizations as well as church and marketplace leaders together to see holistic Gospel transformation around the city. 

Jake also leads think tank that works with the Indian American community, the Indian government and the US government.  Through multiple projects in India, Jake is working with others to mobilize believers to engage in India through direct Christian missions activity as well as through business, education and development.   Jake also serves on the leadership of the Advance Initiative church planting network and as a senior fellow at the Sagamore Institute.
