God has called Matthew to serve in Faculty Commons, the grad student and faculty ministry of Cru.  On the college campus, Professors hold incredible sway and power over students and the culture at large through their teaching and writings.  In the campus ministry we talk about the powerful percent.  That is the percent of people in college that will impact the world tomorrow.  Well, these grad students and faculty are impacting that powerful percent today! Our desire is for every college campus to have a movement of Christian faculty, every college student to know at least one of their professors is a Christian and for every discipline on campus to have a Christian faculty.
