Missionary Beginnings

Dan and Adrienne have served with Cru for 22 and 25 years respectively in a variety of different roles and locations. Dan started at Ohio University and served at Miami University, before meeting and marrying Adrienne. Adrienne served overseas in Asia, Mississippi State, and Cru's international Headquarters in Orlando Florida. After leading for over 4 years together at Florida State University, Dan and Adrienne took the step to work in Leadership Development serving the Southeast Region. After serving in Atlanta for 4 years, they transitioned to FamilyLife in 2018.

Dan currently serves as the Chief People Officer for FamilyLife and Adrienne serves as the Intern Coordinator and a Recruiter for FamilyLife. 

Dan has a heart for developing people and organizations. Driven by deep empathy and a sharp eye for individual potential, Dan is a transformational people leader who helps others grow into who they were uniquely designed to be. With a gift for seeing what makes each person distinct, he crafts customized paths for growth that blend insight, innovation, and development. Whether coaching leaders, designing team experiences, or fueling cultural change, Dan brings curiosity, creativity, and care to every interaction, believing that when people feel truly seen, they can do extraordinary things.

Together their dream is to see people find the place where they can flourish and reach their corner of the world with the gospel.
