Melissa grew up as an MK in Africa and after her studies at Kansas State University, she moved to France and worked in student ministry for 15 years. Joel grew up in France and decided after high school that he wanted to be a missionary doctor in Africa. After many years of medical school, he got his doctorate as a Family Practitioner, with a specialty in ER medicine. We plan to move to Burkina Faso with our family in the summer of 2022 to work in both campus ministry and on the medical field.
