"For "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach good news!"   Romans 10:13-15 

It has been an incredible blessing to serve with Cru for over 16 years. I have had the privilege of serving on campus at UGA in Athens, GA Sorbonne University, in Paris, France and Ga Tech in Atlanta, GA . Now, I am a Ministry Partner Development (MPD) Support Coach.  When thinking about Cru, there are three core elements to the ministry: Win, Build and Send. Winning people to Christ, building them up in their faith and then sending them out to reach others for Christ.  My job as a Ministry Partner Development coach falls under the "send" category.  I come alongside laborers and assist in sending them out.  Send them to campus, send them overseas, or send them to serve in all sorts of different capacities within Cru.  I get the privilege of helping  interns, new staff and senior staff live out their calling as a laborer in the harvest.  It's an honor to pour into the staff as they live out their calling!
