Mark has worked with Cru since 2009 and Lauren since 2010.  Mark grew up in Kansas City and attended Missouri State University.  He grew significantly in his faith through his involvement with Cru at Missouri State, which gave him the desire to work with Cru after college.  Mark serves with the LeaderImpact team at  Cru, which aims to win, build and send marketplace leaders around the globe.

Lauren grew up in Cincinnati.  She attended Anderson University in Indiana and after graduating began working with Athletes in Action.  Lauren currently helps plan conferences and events that equip and train Cru staff to carry out the mission of helping give every person in the world the chance to know and follow Jesus.  

Mark and Lauren married in October 2014 and have two sons, Ezra (6 yrs old) and Wyatt (2 yrs old).
