I graduated from Northwestern University in 2011 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. My freshmen year, I ended up on Cru’s fall retreat, where I heard about a relationship with Jesus and met people who genuinely desired to live for Him. Over the next four years, I grew significantly in my relationship with God and got to be part of the big things God was doing through Cru’s ministry on campus. I saw firsthand God transforming the lives of students and, after graduating, I desired to spend the best hours of my day connecting others to Jesus!

After spending almost 10 years investing in the spiritual lives of college students at Northwestern and in different places around the world, I am now investing in people during another pivotal transition point in their lives – that of bringing a child into the world! My aim is to show and share the love of Christ with women before, during, and shortly after giving birth. I find ways both to practically serve women and to journey with them spiritually during this time. I am engaging in Cru’s DNA of win, build, and send with this audience – introducing women to Jesus, building them up in their faith (especially as they navigate this transition) and sending them out to live for Christ in their families and with the people they engage with in their world. I look forward to helping women know they are seen and cared for by Jesus and that He desires for them to be a part of His family!

I also come alongside women overseas with teaching on women’s health and by helping to empower the local, national staff to love and care for women, especially through women’s health issues. My hope is to continue to engage in bringing the hope of Jesus to those who have never heard around the world and doing so in a way that relieves suffering and restores dignity.
