We are the Wershings! I (Jacob) graduated from Ohio University and  then interned with Cru for two years at Mid-Michigan working with the colleges of Central Michigan and Saginaw Valley State. My wife (Elizabeth) was a student at CMU where her heart to serve the Lord grew during her time there. We have three beautiful kids (Charlie, Rosemary and Edison). It is a blessing that our whole family gets to minister to students on campus. We get to work with the growing movements at Central Michigan University. We are also trusting the Lord to allow us to reach Saginaw Valley State, Ferris State, Mid-Michigan Community College and many more in the region.

We are excited about seeing every student leave campus passionate about Jesus Christ. We have a vision that every student would go to the hospitals, the businesses, the schools, and the churches serving Christ wherever they are. And that as we see lives transformed on campus we will begin to see communities transformed in Michigan, America and around the world!

We believe that  God will raise up a great missionary force from Mid-Michigan students to accomplish his kingdom building works. And we believe he will do this as students learn God's story and how their story fits into his story.
