Our heart in reaching students for Christ is to see them experience genuine life change and become equipped to live on mission wherever God calls them after they graduate. For both of us, the life change we experienced in college, led to a calling into full-time ministry. We love that we get to work with the same mission and purpose, but serve in different capacities. 

• Aaron sits on the Cru National Conference Operations team as a Production Specialist. He serves the national campus ministry by pursuing excellence in how we carry out conferences and create experiences for staff, students, and partners of the ministry to experience Jesus, gain vision for the World, and identify steps of faith. Conference experiences have the potential to be pivotal moments in people's lives as they learn, grow, and surrender. 

• Kailene also gets to utilize her passions and strengths in ministry! She serves as an International Missions Director focusing on Latin America, the Caribbean & Sub-Saharan Africa. Her role is to help build bridges between the US Campus ministry of Cru and our national partners in this part of the world. Her team works to mobilize staff and students from all across the country to serve our partners and national ministries in LAC & Africa by coming alongside them to build movements of multiplying disciples in and for every nation and help those nations move towards becoming self-sustaining sending nations. Our vision and responsibility is to build healthy partnership relationships and increase our sending to the world. Many campus ministries in the US are looking for international partnership locations. There is so much opportunity for increased sending! Kailene is grateful to be able to step in and help bridge the gap.
