Ethan and Kaity Marstella serve as the Team Leaders for Cincinnati Cru, where they have been on staff since the fall of 2017. The Marstellas coach and equip the Cru staff and student leaders at the University of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky University, and Thomas More University to reach the spiritually lost students of their campuses with the good news of Jesus Christ. Through evangelism, discipleship, and Bible studies, Cincinnati Cru is a place where students can come to explore their questions about God, learn how to begin and grow in a personal relationship with Jesus, and be trained to share their faith and make disciples wherever God may call them after graduation. 


In addition to overseeing the city-wide movement, Ethan and Kaity directly work to share the gospel and lead the men and women of the fraternity and sorority system at the University of Cincinnati.
