I grew up in the church, but it was at the age of 18 that my relationship with Jesus changed radically when I learned to see Him as my older brother. A passion was born in me to serve Him and give Him my life, so I spent the next 12 years serving in youth camps, in music, and in the leadership of my local church. I studied nursing, joined InterVarsity and there I met Javiera, my wife, who has accompanied me and been my helper ever since. However, working as a nurse did not fulfill the calling I felt in my heart, and I realized that there was nothing else I could do but dedicate myself completely to God's work. While working in mental health, I witnessed firsthand the immense need for Christ among young people and saw how so many of them left this world without hope. Someone had to bring the good news to these people, and God was sending me to do just that: to take the gospel until every student meets a true follower of Jesus.

Since February 2025, I have been part of the staff of Cru Chile, focusing on building my missionary support team to bring the gospel to university students.

Crecí en la iglesia, pero fue a los 18 años que mi relación con Jesús cambió radicalmente, cuando aprendí a verlo como mi hermano mayor. Nació una pasión en mí por servirle y entregarle mi vida, así que pasé los siguientes 12 años sirviendo en campamentos de jóvenes, en la música y en el liderazgo de mi iglesia local. Estudié enfermería, y en GBU (Grupo Bíblico Universitario) conocí a Javiera, mi esposa, quien me ha acompañado y ha sido mi socorredora desde entonces. Sin embargo, trabajar como enfermero no llenaba el llamado que sentía mi corazón, y sentí que no había nada más que pudiera hacer que dedicarme por completo a la obra de Dios. Mientras trabajé en la salud mental pude vivir de cerca la inmensa necesidad de Cristo en la juventud, y pude ver cómo tantos jóvenes se iban de este mundo sin esperanza. Alguien debía entregarles las buenas noticias a estas personas, y Dios me estaba enviando a eso: llevar el evangelio hasta que cada estudiante conozca a un verdadero seguidor de Jesús.

Desde febrero del 2025 que soy parte del staff de Cru Chile, y me dedico a levantar mi equipo de apoyo misionero para llevar el evangelio a los estudiantes universitarios.
