This opportunity to participate in a leadership development project in Santa Cruz with Cru, the US Ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ, is such a privilege. For three weeks, I will be living with staff and students, receiving top-quality leadership development for a lifetime of following Jesus as well as actively sharing my faith throughout the city.

Santa Cruz, one of the top surfing cities on the west coast, is a very progressive, culturally diverse, spiritually needy community. As well, it is home to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk which attracts people from all over Northern California and hires approximately 1200 high school and college students, 150 of which are internationals.

While in Santa Cruz, we will focus on falling more in love with Jesus, ministry as an overflow, solid training and lessons in life. I am excited about trusting God to use me and our team to give people in the city an opportunity to know that a relationship with God is possible. I will also be mentored and challenged to grow in my walk with God and leadership potential.

The total cost for this summer mission is $3,500 which will cover my housing, travel, most of my meals and ministry expenses. Would you consider partnering with me this summer to reach people with the gospel through a special gift of $100, $200, $500, or some other amount?
