We dream of the day when everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus. That day hasn't come yet, but we are trusting God and boldly moving forward telling people about Jesus until that day comes.

Since becoming a missionary in 1998, I have ministered to college students in Colorado, launched a website to encourage our global missionary women, directed our corporate website Cru.org and served in recruitment in Australia. 

I launched and now lead a team that coaches Cru missionaries to best leverage their strengths, abilities and passions into their role--whether their current role or if they're looking for their next role. The strategic aspect of this is thrilling! When more of our missionaries spend time doing what God's designed them to do, more people hear the gospel.

In 2006, three years after making a decision to follow Jesus, I (Scott) was working for a wireless internet provider. It was at this time that I prayed to the Lord, asking Him to use my life however He wished.

Six months later, I met Angie.I was intrigued about her life as a missionary. During our engagement I felt the Lord’s call to also join Cru as a missionary at our global headquarters, which I did in 2008.

I am able to use my gifts in technology so that—ultimately—more people can hear the good news of Jesus.
