Mike and Leslie are serving at Cru Headquarters in Orlando, FL serving with the US Staff Care department.

US Staff Care gives leadership to a variety of programs and gives direction for care of all 9,000 missionaries, employees, and volunteers who serve with Cru in the US and around the world.

Mike is leading a project to build a curriculum focused on character growth for our staff.  Reading recent headlines about churches and ministries reveals that those in ministry are not immune to personal failure.  This curriculum is targeted at a proactive approach rather than things developing into a crisis.

Leslie will use her experience as a support coach (Ministry Partner Development) with a leadership development program that brings staff to the headquarters for an intentional time of development and serving critical roles at the headquarters.  Leslie will work with the staff as they are accepted to the program to prepare them financially for the program.  Throughout the year, she will provide trainings.  At the conclusion of the program, she will then provide assessments to help them transition to their next assignment.
