Jan and I started on September 16, 2019, intending to serve at FamilyLife in Little Rock.  However, prior to our start date, it was announced that FamilyLife would be moving the corporate office to Orlando.  Since we had not purchased a home yet in AR, we realized God would have us move to Florida.  We have been here since March 24, 2020.  

We met at church and married in 1976.  After 49 years of marriage, we have watched our four sons marry and bless us with 23 grandchildren!  Our sons are all involved in a full-time ministry, Ryan serves as a Pastor in Michigan, Rory serves at the MN Family Council, leads the Pastor's Coalition, and is a teaching Pastor in Eden Prairie.  Regan is a missionary training Pastor's and church leaders in South Africa, and Ross is a Worship Pastor in Wisconsin.  

We have served in the churches we have attended in many capacities.  However, marriage and family has been our passion since attending an "I Still Do" event in Chicago approximately 24 years ago.  During that event, the Lord moved our hearts to become more involved with helping marriages in our community and church.  Since then we have started HomeBuilder's Bible studies in our church, lead a Sunday School class for young couples, attended numerous Weekend to Remember events, moderated an Art of Marriage event,  and have participated on numerous Love Like You Mean it Cruises during the past 10+ years!  Randy has served the Development department since starting on staff, and is currently Interim Development Director.  Jan serves as an Event Rooming Coordinator for the Development Department.  We recently shared with those who support us that we are looking at another 1-4 years, which all depends upon the Lord.
