Dear Bro./Sis. In Christ,

This gives me immense pleasure to share with you my life testimony. I was born and brought up in a Christian family. Being a born again Christian I used to have healthy relationship with the Lord and lead my life under His guidance. After completing my college degree, I got a job in the Beldih Church school at Jamshedpur and there the Lord used me to work as a store keeper for two and half years. Then I moved onwith life as by the grace of God I got service in Telco company, a dream company for many people to work in. Everything was smooth and enjoyable in terms of leading my life. This was the period when God led me to be united with Kabita Nanda as we got married on 4th March 1997. Kabita was also a born again Christian with a healthy close walk with her creator God. Since her college life she was actively involved with the movement of India campus crusade for Christ as a student leader. God had blessed our married life and has blessed us with two children, the first one is a daughter (Soma) and the second one is a son (Sonu).

It was Kabita who always had a desire in her heart to stand for the Lord and to serve Him as a missionary. After our marriage the Lord led her to challenge me to consider joining the ministry of campus crusade for Christ as a full time missionary. When everything was fine with my job and life making such a major decision was not easy for me. As we kept seeking Gods guidance for us to help us know His will for our future life and to help guide us to fulfill His will in our lives, at last we got the prayerful conviction that the Lord has called us to serve Him as full time missionary through the ministry of ICCC. Making this decision
was not very much appreciated and welcomed by many of our family members but we praise God our trust in Him gave us strength to overcome such challenges.

As we began our missionary journey we were sent to Bangalore to go through a 9month training module under the great commission training center. This training helped us to learn how to reach the lost and win them for the Lord and then build them in their faith. This training also equipped us to learn how to handle the student questions effectively. As we finished this training in 2000 God led us to the city of Sambalpur,Orissa to serve Him there. God used us mightily among the college students. And we served Him in this city for 5years and worked closely with our disciples. As a result of this, God helped us to raise 2 dedicated students who are willing to join with our ministry as fulltime missionaries. After serving for five years at Sambalpur God gave us a new responsibility to move on to Jamshedpur, the city where I worked before with the Telco Company and to lead the campus movement there. So, since then Lord is using us as a couple to reach and minister the youth at different levels in this city. Right now I am discipling two of my student. As the Lord has burdened me to build disciples who will make and build disciples, so I praise God as among these two disciples Lawrence recently started his own bible study with four of his students. Please do pray for me as I continue to model and guide him to be an effective discipler for the Lord. As Kabita continued with her ministry the Lord has blessed her with two bible study groups with seven students and all of them are from other faith. As a result of this discipleship process one of her disciple Miss. Sapna Das has expressed her desire to join ICCC as a full time missionary. Please pray for Kabitas ongoing discipleship ministry with these students.
