​My Heartbeat: 

I am passionate about bringing the message of Hope and Life-Changing Identity found in Jesus to others around the world by serving to mobilize, equip and launch new laborers to the field, and helping seasoned ones thrive and flourish on the field!

I love stewarding the talents and experiences God has given me over 34 years of full-time ministry to train, develop, shepherd, and coach missionaries, to be Christ-centered, fully funded, & financially faithful and thus be fully engaged in reaching others with the message of Hope and Life-changing Identity found in Jesus Christ!

These missionaries are sent around the world to start spiritual movements among university students, professional workplaces, communities, neighborhoods, and cities. Through your partnership in the mission, you are a vital part of answering Jesus’ prayer for more laborers to be raised up and sent into God’s harvest fields! I am grateful for you.

The Backstory:

I began a relationship with Jesus when I was 7 years old, but grew leaps and bounds while in college at Miami of Ohio when I got involved with Cru. It was there that God opened my eyes to the vast needs of people around the world without any Gospel witness. In 1992, God brought me to the tiny, yet very significant country of Albania, and I ended up staying for 19 years! 

Building an Indigenous Ministry: Albania - A Stepping Stone to the Muslim World

I have been incredibly blessed to witness God bring about the re-birth of Christianity in Albania after the fall of Communism, as I was privileged to help raise and establish the indigenous Albanian leadership of Campus Crusade Albania and the Body of Christ as a whole. Today there are 115 Albanian staff serving full-time with Cru. 

A New Season of Ministry Stewardship: 

In 2013, the Lord led us back to the U.S. for a new season of stewarding our gifts for His Kingdom purposes. Through having my LifePlan facilitated, I crystalized that my life purpose is: ‘to develop others to live out their God-given design, maximizing their influence to reflect Christ's love and share God’s redemptive purposes in a broken and hurting world.’ 

I'm thrilled I get to steward my gifts within the context of training, coaching, & empowering new and seasoned missionaries, to accelerate the spread of the Gospel to every person! 

My Partner in Mission:

In 2006 I married my best friend and ‘partner in mission'. Bani (Alban) serves with Kinship United, an excellent organization committed to sharing Christ's love by providing tangible aid and care for orphans and widows through the local church in developing nations. In 2024, Bani launched a new ministry organization, Bridge To Hope, to bring the Hope of the Gospel + tangible resources to families impacted by disabilities in Albania and the Balkans.
