My Mission: To Grow, Train, and Develop people to be sent to their communities, friends, and families.

Thank you for financially partnering with me as I work with, train, and develop staff and interns in their Ministry Partner Development. 

I currently serve as Epic Movement's Ministry Partner Development Coordinator and work alongside Epic's People & Culture Team, MPD Coaches, and other Cru MPD Coordinators to equip and coach staff and interns while they spend time building their ministry teams.

Part of what I get to do is help create new resources and modify systems to help ethnic minority staff become and stay fully funded.
