Our Vision and 10 year Goals

Hi, David and Esther here,

Thank you for clicking on our webpage to catch up with us. The pictures show us sharing Jesus and our lives with children and small family communities of 150/200 people in a mud hut Malawi Bush village, and with Compassion Int. in the Dominican Republic. We serve with the Christian ministries Cru, Compassion, Community Bible Study Int. and Tools with a Mission .

It is now over 15years since God dramatically changed our lives as 'Third Agers'and called us to join Campus Crusade for Christ in US, to begin an adventure with Him - walking by faith, and trusting Him to provide daily for our financial needs to enable us to "bear the kind of fruit that remains". Our vision draws us to "GO, tell the gospel to people of all nations..."

We have two goals - the first ? We have a heart for sharing the gospel and discipling families and young people, and so far have worked, particularly in sensitive countries, in China, the Middle East, India, Sri Lanka, Senegal, Guinea, Dominican Republic, Djibouti, and more recently Malawi, working in Universities, Schools and Villages

Our second goal, before we reach our 80's working voluntarily with Compassion, is to enable 1000 children living in desperate conditions of poverty in developing countries to benefit from a Christian education, and to help them be lifted from poverty. We started working with a mission in Ootacumund, India and more recently in the Dominican Republic and Sri Lanka.. So far, we have reached and impacted the lives of 822 children with the Gospel story, health care, food and clothing.

Missions have included Senegal, West Africa where working with a Jesus Film team to share Jesus with over 900 villagers in five 'mud-hut countryside communities' that are 95% Muslim where with our time with them 45 accepted Christ. On more recent missions in Malawi, with our own projection kit showing the Jesus film where we reached over 30 villages, we have heard that 3 churches have so far been planted and over 260 people come to Christ.

As third-agers we are refired and far from being retired.Wewalk in faith, and we see Gods plan unfold.

Our future is in our Father's hands, 'Here we are Lord, send us'. We value your partnership, friendship encouragement and support, both prayerfully and financially and walk shoulder to shoulder with you,
