My name is Magloire Koube. 

I gave my life to Christ in 1990 towards the end of my first year at the University. As I was following my studies, I was also growing in my faith. When I obtain my 1st degree, I was convinced that God was calling me to His service. In 1994, I went to the Great Commission Training Center and in 1995; I became a full time Campus Crusade staff in Cameroon.

After my training at GCTC in Bamako, Mali, I started serving as a campus staff (1995-1998). From 1996-2002, I was called to served as  the National Ministry Accountant. From 2002-2005, I was appointed Deputy National Director, taking care of Administration. In 2005, I was challenge to join the Francophone Area leadership Team and serve there as the Area Financial Leader . My responsibility is to help National Team Leaders and Accountants to manage well the finances God gives us, carrying on trainings and audits.  I did that for 13 years. I am now working in reaching out to the top 20% leaders of our city together with my wife Micheline.   

Micheline gave her life to Christ in 1997. Her ambition and those of her parents had always been that she obtains a PHD in Private Law and become a Magistrate of higher standard. But one day, she was invited to undergo a training organized by Campus Crusade for Christ. She was impressed and challenged in her heart to see young people just like her who have abandoned their certificates in order to serve God. Sometimes later, the word of God from Romans 10: 13-15a) finally convinced her that the money she could earn wouldn’t be sufficient to do God’s work; she needed to involve herself in His vineyard. In 1998, she went to training and became a full time staff in 1999.

After her training in Bamako, she also started serving as a campus staff (1999-2002). From 2002-2008 she was serving as National Coordinator of “Women Today” strategy. In 2008, we were called to leave our country and move to Abidjan where our Area Office was located. Formerly the Area Office Human Resources Director, Micheline had the challenge to take care of the 386 staffs from our 16 countries, to develop them. In 2009, she was appointed as the Francophone Area Crisis Management Coordinator. Besides other responsibilities,  she is  fully involved in the  ministry toward Leaders. 

God graciously blessed us with three wonderful children whose names are Grace (19) just started her university studies, Jeremie (17) and Princess (13).

As a couple, we are also involved in Family Life activities as speakers. We thank God for using us in helping younger brothers and sisters being equipped and prepared for marriage life.

We count it a privilege to be used by the Lord in our various capacities to impact the world and contribute in building spiritual movement among leaders.
